Delivery & Returns
Due to each order being made and packaged by hand, it may take one to two working days to post your items.
All orders in Alrewas will be delivered, for free, every Monday and Thursday.
ROYAL MAIL POSTAGE
We currently use Royal Mail to deliver our small parcels and DPD for larger ones. All prices will be based on weight and locations at checkout.
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Royal Mail 2nd Class 0- 750g (2-3 Working Days) = £2.99
Royal Mail 2nd Class 750g - 2kg (2-3 Working Days) = £2.99
DPD Standard 2kg - 20kg (1-2 Working days) = £6.49
Returns
We really hope you love your items! But if you aren't happy, we'd love to help. We are able to offer returns on products that are unused, unopened and returned to us in their original packaging, or that contain manufacturing defects.
Due to the nature of scents being a matter of individual taste, we are unable to accept returns whereby the scent isn’t to the customers preference, so we recommend you purchase our sample box where you can try all of our scents and choose your favourite before making larger purchases.
We are unable to offer a return if there is evidence to suggest the candle has not been used in way that follows the guidelines we provide with every purchase (please refer to candle and wax melt care cards).
In order to receive a refund, please contact us via email (see below) within 14 days of dispatch. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
